Whether it’s reclaiming materials from a teardown, co-hosting a hands-on workshop, or expanding access to sustainability education, our partners help make it possible. SALTIE acts as both a convener and connector—orchestrating the collection and redistribution of salvaged materials, matching surplus with need, and amplifying the work of others through shared storytelling and aligned initiatives.

We work with a wide range of partners—from schools, designers, builders, and nonprofits to conservation groups and local government—to support efforts that align with our core values of sustainability, education, and community engagement. Through these collaborations, we promote circular practices, reduce landfill impact, and inspire local action with global relevance.

Our Partnership Program also fuels the SALTIE ecosystem: helping to grow our lending libraries, support pop-up exhibits, staff outposts, and expand our salvage capacity. From knowledge exchange to material sharing, we create the infrastructure for a thriving network of changemakers, working across disciplines to advance climate resilience, preservation, and low-waste living.
